CENTRALIZED TRAINING

CENTRALIZED TRAINING

Over the past 15 years, EMSC has implemented a Centralized Training Program. This program will be offered to the U7 to U15 age groups in the Recreational Program. Here is a detailed and in depth look at centralized training.

What?

Centralized training is an initiative with the intent to help players improve their technical skills and ability. Designed by the technical coaching staff at the club, they have crafted different sessions plans for specific age groups following the Ontario Soccer LTPD format.

Why?

EMSC wants to provide a professional program focusing on the development of the recreational players using the four pillar approach (Technical, Tactical, Physical, Psychological/Social). At these early ages, it is important to focus on individual development all while building confidence and having fun in a safe environment.

When?

Sessions are held once a week at a designated park during the Summer House League and at the Club House in the Winter House League. You can access your times and locations via PowerUp.

Hours of Operation:

Monday - Friday: 3PM-9PM

Saturday - Sunday: 10AM - 5PM
