SOCCER FITNESS PROGRAM

Eagles Soccer Fitness Program 

The Soccer Fitness Program is a service provided by the club in partnership with Human Movement Specialist, Sly Walters. Sly specializes in teaching/training efficient, productive, and effective Athletic Strength, Power, Speed, Agility, Quickness, Reaction, and Mindful Mastery - all ingredients that will transfer well to Sports Specific performance.

 

 

His philosophy and focus are centered on Injury Reduction (i.e. enhancing durability; developing Injury Resistant Body’s - caused by Self-Inflicted Non-Contact Injuries caused primarily through deceleration, stopping, changing direction and landing - especially ground-based injuries).

 

This program falls line with the 4-pillar approach to optimize player performance. 

 

Program Details

  • Ages: U10 – U13 (Born 2006 to 2009)

  • Duration: 10 sessions (once a week)

  • Max 25 players in one session

  • 1-hour sessions

  • 3 slots to maximize teams and players

  • Location: EMSC Clubhouse - Turf Field

  • Cost: $120

 

Program Dates​​

Starts January 28, 2019 - April 8, 2019

  • Mondays 7:15 to 8:15 - Under 10 and Under 11 

  • Mondays 8:15 to 9:15 - Under 13 

  • Tuesdays 8:15 to 9:15 - Under 10, Under 11, Under 12 

     

     

Hours of Operation:

Monday - Friday: 3PM-9PM

Saturday - Sunday: 10AM - 5PM
