Eagles Soccer Fitness Program
The Soccer Fitness Program is a service provided by the club in partnership with Human Movement Specialist, Sly Walters. Sly specializes in teaching/training efficient, productive, and effective Athletic Strength, Power, Speed, Agility, Quickness, Reaction, and Mindful Mastery - all ingredients that will transfer well to Sports Specific performance.
His philosophy and focus are centered on Injury Reduction (i.e. enhancing durability; developing Injury Resistant Body’s - caused by Self-Inflicted Non-Contact Injuries caused primarily through deceleration, stopping, changing direction and landing - especially ground-based injuries).
This program falls line with the 4-pillar approach to optimize player performance.
