The Erin Mills Development Program provides players from U8 to U13 with an opportunity to further develop their technical abilities and grow within a structured soccer environment focused on long-term player development.

Led by our EMSC Technical Staff, the program is carefully designed to support players as they build confidence, improve their understanding of the game, and continue progressing both individually and within a team setting.

Training sessions focus on developing strong technical foundations, game awareness, creativity, and a passion for the sport, while helping players better understand their roles and responsibilities on the field.
