A place for kids to play, learn and enjoy the game.

Erin Mills Soccer Club’s Outdoor Youth Recreational program is designed to give players a positive, active experience with soccer. Whether your child is brand new to the sport or just looking to play in a fun, low-pressure environment, this program creates space for growth, movement, and connection.

It’s not about intense competition. It’s about building confidence, developing skills, and enjoying time on the field.

What to Expect During the Season

The outdoor season typically runs during the spring and summer months, with scheduled weekly games and, in many cases, a practice session.

Each week brings a consistent rhythm that families can plan around. Players get time on the field to apply what they’re learning, build friendships and stay active.

Game formats and field sizes are adjusted by age group to support development and keep things appropriate for each stage.

Focus on Development and Enjoyment

This program prioritizes development without pressure.

Players are encouraged to try new things, make mistakes, and improve over time. Coaches help guide them through the basics while keeping the environment supportive and positive.

For many families, this is where a long-term love of the game begins.

Volunteer Coaches Make It Happen

Our recreational program is supported by volunteer coaches who care about creating a great experience for players.

Coaches are provided with resources and guidance to help them lead practices and games effectively, even if they’re new to coaching.

If you’re interested in getting involved, there are always opportunities to step onto the field and be part of your child’s experience.

Bring a Friend, Get Rewarded
