A Heartfelt Thank You to the Ontario Trillium Foundation

Last year, Erin Mills Soccer Club (EMSC) made the important decision to downsize our clubhouse in order to keep our programs affordable and accessible for all of our members. As part of this process, we also identified the need to refresh our office space, board room, and the Futsal court—spaces that would better reflect the club’s vision, values, and commitment to creating an environment where everyone feels welcome.

The journey was long and at times challenging, but with perseverance and dedication, we are proud to say that our vision is now becoming a reality. As we near the completion of this exciting transformation, we want to take a moment to extend our deepest gratitude to the Ontario Trillium Foundation (OTF) for their generous support. Without the OTF grant we received last year, none of this progress would have been possible.

OTF provides vital funding to not-for-profit organizations across Ontario, helping to support community-based projects that enhance the quality of life for Ontarians. This funding allowed us to improve our facilities, expand our programming, and ultimately create a space that is not only functional but enjoyable for everyone. Whether it’s our teams using the clubhouse for games and practices, or the public renting our facilities for activities such as pickleball, basketball, or birthday parties, the new space is truly a hub for community engagement.

As we continue our rebranding journey and strengthen our commitment to the community, we remain incredibly grateful to the Ontario Trillium Foundation for helping us take this important step forward.

We’re excited to announce that we’ll be hosting an Open House in early September to officially unveil our newly renovated space. This will be a wonderful opportunity for everyone to come by, explore the improvements, and connect with others in the community.
