Girls U15 Erin Mills Eagles Ontario Cup Finalists
Erin Mills Soccer Club (EMSC) wants to congratulate our Girls U15 Erin Mills Eagles for being finalists in the Ontario Cup finals. Ontario Cup is the provincial soccer championship for our competitive teams.
The Girls U15 were undefeated leading up to the finals, having beaten Oakville Soccer Club, Windsor TFC, Ottawa South United and Flamborough Dundas. The team faced Dorchester SC Alliance on Saturday, September 11th at Ontario Soccer Stadium.
Erin Mills Eagles started the game strong, scoring their first goal from a penalty kick. Before halftime, Dorchester tied the game. During the second half, Erin Mills Eagles scored another goal, this time from a penalty kick outside the goal box. During injury time, Dorchester was able to tie the game. The game went straight to penalty kicks, with the final score being 4-3 for Dorchester.
We are so proud of the girls have achieved this season. We would also like to thank Ivan Grant (Head Coach), Peter Ramos (Assistant Coach), and Katherine Jasinski (Manager) for all the work they have done this season as well.

The Erin Mills Soccer Club (EMSC) is a non-profit community-based organization in Mississauga, offering indoor and outdoor recreational and competitive soccer programs since 1972.
